*Sigh* I don't really like this one. I mean the situation here is typical teenage boy stuff that'll inevitably happen when guys grow up. Turning them into girls for it is just wrong.
Worse this kind of punishment encourages more subtle and far more devastating forms of bullying. If you manage to get a boy to act out they end up girled and humiliated.
What does this teach the poor kid here. If you fight with your fists you get cruelly punished. But if you smear people you get away with impunity and get to see them humiliated if they fight back. Result, next time someone insults you launch a smear campaign on the net.
Honestly I don't get how this ever got through. Do they just use men as sperm spenders or what? No father with half a brain would have ever allowed this stupidity.
You're absolutely right; I'm certainly not advocating forced feminisation as a valid anti-bullying strategy, and frankly, I think you've barely scratched the surface when describing what's wrong with this scenario. However, I would suggest that you take a look around you: the world is full of cruel, arbitrary and short-sighted people, and imagining a world in which this happens is no less absurd or cruel than, say, the War on Drugs is in our world. But this whole story - and your response to it does raise the question: "What's so bad about being a girl?" And it's at the heart of a lot of TG fiction, particularly the forced fem stuff - the idea that being female is inherently inferior and a deeply humiliating punishment. And I guess part of the point of caps like these is to try and explore how and why it's seems like such an awful thing to do to someone when, really, it shouldn't be...
