    1. Dear Ms. Lake,

      The intended double-page advertising supplement was intended to incorporate an overview of the facilities on one page and a client's account of their stay on the second. This doesn't appear to have come across properly. We also note the appearance of a typographical error on the second page. We regret this lapse in our normally high standards of excellence and as a result have terminated our relationship with the advertising agency immediately.
      Oakwell Manor would like to apologise to Ms. Lake and any other guests who may have been confused by the advertising materials. We would like to extend our heartiest apologies to Ms. Lake, and would like to offer her a complementary two-day mini-break at Oakwell Manor as a gesture of goodwill.
