You mentioned it was not a fetish for her, which made me realize you basically have done very little if at all captions of people who did it for fetish reasons. Might be interesting to see how it works out for one of them.
Otherwise I'm pretty sure you mean woman trapped in a man's body and not man trapped in a woman's body. The latter doesn't really make sense in context.
You're right about the 'man trapped in a woman's body' thing. Whoops. With these things I do sometimes get my nouns mixed up sometimes. I do proofread these things though, honest! That's a good point about the fetish thing though. I might have to give that a go... it'd be hella meta, and I do dig me some meta.... :D
