Well that's kinda an asshole move of her mother. It'll probably make any male friends think twice if they'd ever risk feminisation if the reverse just gets refused until you'd basically have to blow up your life again.
I'm sure it just slipped her mind! Anyway, maybe her mother was right all along! After all, she did decide that she preferred being a girl... eventually. And I'm sure the other guys wouldn't worry. That guy's mum was always a bit weird - but your own? Well, if a guy can't trust his own mother, who can he trust???
