Either way I can see how this stuff might be necessary. Girls like her would be in a pretty abusable situation, especially with people looking away.
I'm curious what the background for newgirls is here. Some world where sex changes have become far cheaper and more feasible for larger population? Another version of the depopulation event? A world where they punish guys with feminisation? Or perhaps a sort of follow up on the previous caption?
Glad you like the image choice. As for the background... I guess this is a case where my tendency to leave things ambiguous has bitten me in the ass slightly. It could be from a number of my worlds, to be perfectly honest, but my intention was that it was the one where feminisation is just something that's fairly commonplace, and done for a variety of reasons (but generally because the guy's mother thinks it's the best course of action). I'm in the process of fleshing out that world and writing a (full length, text only) story or two set in that world, which will hopefully make things a bit clearer....
