Gentle persuation with a sledgehammer? Or tanks? Or hunger? I'm pretty sure they need to practice a bit with their posters if they really want to convince people to join up. Right now this is almost as sophisticated as sowjet propaganda :D
It is perhaps a little heavy handed. :) But then, maybe this poster is more aimed at women who want to be running things, rather than the soon-to-be-ex boys on the receiving end...
